As a counsellor, I have encountered many individuals who are struggling to cope with their anxiety, and I understand the impact it can have on their mental and emotional well-being.

Some individuals may experience occasional episodes of anxiety, while others may live with chronic anxiety that significantly affects their wellbeing.
