Hi and welcome,

My name is Jane and I am a psychotherapist and counsellor based in Newport Pagnell, Milton Keynes.

 

I have been passionate about motivating clients to lead a fullfilling life for most of my life. My work has always been in the Health and Wellness industry and I spent a  large part of that working as a manager.

I single handily brought up my two young children after a traumatic experience. A year later we did individual counselling which helped us to move on from the dark place that we were in. 

​

As I grew stronger mentally my focus shifted to start studying phychology and mental health. I felt drawn to help others become 'unstuck'and to motivate them to come out of their comfort zone.

​

I have extensive experience working with people of all ages and backgrounds, both in groups and individually.

 

I currently work in private practice and with Cobbs Garden Surgery in Olney. I have experience working with young people at Ousedale School in Newport Pagnell, Youth in Schools (YIS) and Cobbs Garden Surgery in Olney.
